Eli has made a lot of progress in his communication skills with others. He now enteracts with the other children in a loving and open manner. I always seem to find Eli in the science area inspecting the dinosaure bones he seems most attentive when during group time. He loves to participate, sing and follow directions with such grace. I found out that the best form of redirection for Eli is to encourage him to go and explore other centers in the classroom. One objective the family could work on at home with their child is his social skills you can invite friends over for playtime you can help encourage his independence by letting him self dress and pick up after hisself

The best way for me to learn is Kiniesthic. I am a very hands on.....doing type of learner.

If I had some information that I needed to reach the visual parents then I would have a broucher available for them with all the information and pictures that they needed to better understand!

If I had a parent that better understood information by hearing which is my auditory parents then I would have a meeting with an outline of the topics that I would be discussing in that meeting.

And for the parents that are Kiniesthic learners like myself I would have a workshop that way its handson training and they would be able to grasp the information.

A rule that I would like to add to my parent handbook is no backpacks allowed in the program. ( the reason being is if a child brings a backpack full of nuts and they offer some to a child who is allergic to peanuts then I would have a serious problem on my hand.) not only that but the children or the parents can put anything harmful into their backpacks.

When you enter any kind of establishment the first thing you noticed is a persons appearence and first appearences are criticle to me. It may seem easy for some people to dress for success but this is a very difficult task. The show what not to wear is very educational and benefital. I have noticed that when some people are dressed up they still look dress down and its all about how there wearing their clothes. i think that it should be mandatory for all new employees to watch an episode of what not to wear.
